I Can Do It!

A Big Hello to 2012!


Welcome New Year.

So sometimes it feels like the tasks at hand would take forever to complete. Motivation diminishes and there seems to be no end to procrastination. At such an instance these tips might be of help:


  • Try to take a short break and have a refreshing cup of juice or mildly chill water. This helps in boosting the nutrient content in body and refreshes the mind.
  • Try to think of a pleasant place that you have visited in the past and you had a fabulous time there. Try to rejuvenate your time by revisiting and cherishing your memories.
  • In order to focus locate the hindrance or the distraction that keeps you from completing your objective.  Make that hindrance dissipate by rewarding yourself with a good dinner at the end of the completion of the task.
  • Refresh the room or the area with a pleasant fragrance. This enhances mood and allows for deep thinking. 
  • Eat healthy food like fish and eggs. Dry fruits are good for concentration as well.
  • Exercise allows one to be motivated and focused.
  • Have the Can Do - Shall Do attitude.
